No copies may be shared with other parties including posting on websites and forums that are available to the general public. Customer agrees not to post the Toolkit contracts and agreements on any portion of a publicly available website, including their own.
US Copyright law provides for up to $150,000 per infringement plus attorney's fees. Just as you don't want others illegally copying your photos, we ask that you please respect our copyright as well.
